What happens on the day?
On the day
Provide me with an empty room, office, or a quiet space in an open-plan area. I offer minimal disruption to a busy workplace and maximum benefit for your staff.
Please allow 20 minutes for arrival and setup, and 15 minutes to pack down after the session.
Schedule
Print off a schedule to fill out, or email staff with a link to book a time for their massage. Using the link gives you access to an online schedule — I'll keep you updated if timeslots become available.
Last-minute cancellations? No problem! Staff can change appointments or be added to the schedule on the day.
Safety form
All staff will be asked to complete a short printed or online pre-treatment safety form. This only needs to be completed for the first massage.
Pregnant women are advised to wait until after 3 months before receiving a chair massage. All data is stored in accordance with GDPR.
